Days Inn by Wyndham Brunswick/St. Simons Area

The hotel was fine nothing grand but comfortable.

Room was basic but clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall good place to stay for the price.

My room had been updated and had everything I needed. Area and other guests resembled swamp people and they get up real early to brush both of their teeth and rev up the motors on their jacked up bubba trucks. Desk clerk was outstanding. I can only assume he won’t be there long before he finds a better job.

The room needed some repair on the walls. The king size bed was great. The grab and go brkfast was okay. It was nice they supplied it, but a big muffin would be nicer than a bunch of bars to eat.

This hotel was beyond run down. Paint chips everywhere, cracks in walls, stains in carpet. Moved the fridge infront of the door to adjoining room because the door wouldn't lock. As soon as I moved tge fridge, at least a dozen roaches scurried accross the floor. Room was unbearably hot as the fan would only blow out hot air. My son and I barely slept and any call to desk was met with ,sorry, thats all we have.

The front office smelled bad, papers everywhere. Very unorganized. Our room was next to the maintance room. All night long noise and clunking sounds. We got no sleep. The bathtub had a hole in the wall where u could see the outside of the building. Anyone could have peeked in the hole to see. Never staying again.

Because of covid restrictions there was no daily housekeeping. Advertised free breakfast was discontinued. A 10 percent discount was offered at a nearby diner instead of grab and go items. Our in room coffee pot kept tripping a breaker in our room causing the power to go out 3 days in a row. The beds were comfortable but getting toilet paper and fresh towels was rather inconvenient. There were no good or drink vending machines. Those were offered for purchase at the front desk unless you brought your own. For the price it wasn't unbearable but there is work that needs to be done to improve guest services

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the water was hot. It was just what I needed.

I like the idea that it was across the street from where I had to go.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we could have our dog with us. We really don't have any complaints, but the property could definitely use an update - the room was dark and not inviting. For the money though - it was adequate and just what we needed!
