Great room and very friendly employees!

We love the location that close to Harper Ferry but they dont provide enough breakfast. Only cereal, yourt, bagel. The bagel was wrapped with plastic wrap by employees. The wrapping was not from the original. You can tell was employee wrapped then put them out for us. Not very happy that services.

Great room. Staff seemed Covid-aware, friendly. Nice place, not in downtown Harpers Ferry but very convenient location nonetheless. Not super walkable due to lack of sidewalks but do-able if you wanted to avoid pay parking downtown

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good! You can’t beat this hotel for location to Harpers Ferry. Great price, breakfast included, location and cleanliness make it a no brainer for our next trip to Harpers ferry.

Check in was easy and friendly. No frills expected. Just a nice place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby and breakfast room were clean and updated. The room was clean and the bathroom were updated. The king size bed was very comfortable. The location is great - just a mile walk to town or you can take the visitor center shuttle bus a short walk away. We had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend the Quality Inn to anyone visiting Harpers Ferry.

The reason I stayed here was the proximity to the AT. It was a perfect “Home-Base” for my trip. The room was ok, I was offered a discount due cleanliness when I talked to the front desk.

We arrived a bit early to find our room unavailable. No complaints about that... It was a weekend night. Our room was clean overall but had a stink bug problem. I removed a dozen over the course of the night as they kept coming in. When we returned from dinner we found that the TV would not connect to the satellite. While the worker came and left four times, he was unsuccessful at fixing it. He informed us he would try to secure a partial discount. Breakfast was unexciting but sufficient. Really a quiet hotel in an amazing location. Has a near private trail to the AT and Harper's Ferry town. Priced high for a motel feel

No elevator and some bugs in the hallway on the second floor but the rooms were great, location is fantastic without the downtown prices and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was packed but it was nice and quiet.
