Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine-Orange County Airport

To the point. Room was clean and no issues there. My bed was clean and I sprayed it with Lysol but I was still a little itchy when under the covers. Had me wondering if someone with a pet was in that room previously. Front room has a small wet bar, coffee/tea maker and microwave. My kid slept in the front room on the pull out sofa. (You must go downstairs and ask for the sheets & blanket for the sofa. They don’t offer) Internet Is free wirh Hilton Honors. It’s at 87% so a little laggy while on zoom meetings. Starbucks is only open early hours like 6-11:30am or so. There’s a small to go, free breakfast each day at the front desk. Bagel, muffin, yogurt. $30 extra for parking which I didn’t know about. Not bad but good for the price. For two nights plus tax and snacks, and Starbucks charges $320. I’d stay again but I’ll request a room with a view instead of a room facing a back parking lot. Not sure why this happened when barely anyone was even there anyways.

We arrived Friday night. No A/C, room was hot and stuffy. Asked the front desk to fix the issue, as well as sending up a crib for my toddler. A/C tech said nothing could be done we had to switch rooms. This annoyed me because we had already been in our 1st room for 3 hours. Still no crib. So we pack up and move to our lower floor room. A/C worked thankfully but now we dont have a working microwave. No crib was ever sent up to our room either for our entire weekend stay.

Clean and quiet, nice change from Santa Ana’s Embassy

I've stayed here a few times in the past since it's very close to one of our corporate offices. However, on this trip it became apparent how how run down this facility is. Perhaps it's because the hotel was more empty, the issues stood out more or maybe they have just been neglecting the property in 2020. Since hotel occupancy has been so low low this year, it would have been the perfect opportunity for general maintenance and cleaning in the rooms and common areas. I did not expect to see so many broken and worn out items around the property. Even if they are doing an ok job of cleaning, the facility is so under maintained it just feels old and dirty. I had several items in my room alone: the desk chair was falling apart and unsafe to sit in, the shower curtain bar was broken and coming off the wall, the pills and bedding were very old and severely worn out. (Seriously the pillows had to be 20+ years old. The foam had deteriorated to dust) The staff was very friendly, but the hotel needs work. With so many other hotel options in the immediate vicinity, I cannot recommend staying here. The

We like the convenient location to the Santa Ana Airport. The front desk staff was very friendly. Pur opinion is that parking should be free during this time of the pandemic. The demand is low, so there is no reason to continue to charge for parking. Also, the sofa bed in our room was basically a very thin layer of worn out foam over lumpy springs. Our family members thatvjad to sleep on it were very uncomfortable. It ahould not count as a bed because it is that terrible.

Great stay. Room was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing was open had to travel for food and drinks. The pool and Jacuzzi were closed just went to room and that’s not what I was looki For I want my money back

We had a nice stay at the hotel even though everything was closed due to COVID. The front desk staff, especially Marlene, were very kind & professional. One complaint I have is that I forgot something in the room. It’s hard to get through the annoying phone tree to talk to someone. I left a message but still haven’t gotten a call back.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel for many reasons. We were able to to completely relax for a few days without the time consuming logistics of a vacation out of town. No interruptions, no hassles, no worries or disappointments. Exceptional staff and rooms with a true feel of comfort and peace.

We really enjoyed a relaxing, comfortable, peaceful stay. The staff are very professional, friendly, courteous, respectful, welcoming and accommodating. The room was nice and spacious with comfy beds. Peaceful & enjoyable stay overall.
