Tivoli Sintra

Reception staff talked us into the hotel over the phone . Great dinner at hotel restaurant. Everyone very accommodating.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room good and very clean but a bit in need of refurbishment. No real problems but generally a bit faded. Brilliant location for Sintra town.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the action. We were able to easily walk to key attractions and to the buses that took you to ones that were further away. Parking is a little strange, but once you get it figured out, and they send you an email before check in so READ IT, it makes sense. Would definitely stay here again!

I drop q-tip on the floor the first day and it’s still there 3 days later....wonder if the floor was ever vacuumed.

Great location. The patio off our room overlooked the beautiful areas and we could see Moorish Castle and another palace from our room. The patio for the dining room also had the same views, it was gorgeous. The food was more expensive than other places, but it is a tourist town, so the prices are more than what you pay in neighbouring areas, but by staying in Sintra you can get up and get going before all the tours start dropping off everyone. We would stay here again if we were in the area, highly recommend! Loved Sintra, definitely worth staying a night or two in the area!

It was a nice place to stay in Sintra. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
