Comfort Inn & Suites Raphine - Lexington near I-81 and I-64

Dark and dingy. Musty smell. Looked like it was deserted. Employee in parking lot playing with remote control car. Deck clean was not surprised. When asked for refund after viewing room.

Exactly what we needed--comfortable, clean, and convenient to all the locations we were in the area to enjoy.

The employees are very friendly however, our room had water damage to the ceiling and the bed was rock hard. Felt like a mattress topper on a bed frame only. We did not try to change out our room because the issues we found were probably consistent with the entire floor. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear talking, tv’s, & every single door close. The room was clean & the staff was very helpful/nice. I would recommend only to people who just need a quick stay & aren’t very picky on looks.

The hotel was alright over all! The room was clean but a bit dated and dingy. Railing was rusting to our deck, bathroom paint is peeling, and lid to our toilet was funky.

Dirty room, closed pool, and no where did it say that breakfast would not be provided due to Covid. I would have switched hotels had I known. I asked where we go for breakfast and was then told it didn't exist. At least tell us at check in! Room was gross. I'll never stay here again.

While checking in I was told ( not asked) to have a seat. When I enquired as to the problem I was again encouraged to have a seat. She seemed to be having an issue with my reservation. Then she said something about a digital Expedia (?) card could not be made for me. I assured her the room was already paid for as the amount was removed from my checking account. After about ten minutes I enquired again... she finally handed me my room keys. The room was comfortable enough. Too bad the view was marred by the noise of I-81. The patio floor does need attention. This is the first stay/booking that I’ve had a nominal review for Hotels.com. Sorry.

This is a solid location - nothing too fancy. It was clean and comfortable. No amenities, however, due to the COVID (no breakfast, no pool, no fitness center).
