Hotel La Jolla, Curio Collection by Hilton

We chose this hotel because of its location. It was convenient to walk to the beach. The pool was truly warm and my daughter enjoyed it. However, the room was small and there was no bathtub. There was only a curtain for the shower and created a mess with water on the floor. The faucet did not have enough space for its sink in the bathroom. The tv was problematic to make it work with the remote control. The sheets were so hard. It makes me wonder whether they were starched too much due to COVID; but not very comfortable at all.

It was old, dirty, musty, stanky, & rude. I also saw a roach there

I booked a standard room for one night. The lobby definitely are well decorated. Front desk were friendly. They do ask to hold $100 deposit

I really liked this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, and friendly. I gotta go back and try the restaurant. The parking was a little expensive so I parked on the next street over.

Really clean, great staff and great location

The interior and design of the lobby and everything else was beautiful. We had the ocean view room and it was splendid. The fridge was a tad small and there wasn’t a microwave but overall the stay was excellent!

They were not Covid safe did not have signage directing people in the elevators or at the pool as to what the requirements were. My husband and I asked to check out early because of this, were told getting a refund was no problem only to be told after 5 days that they declined to give a refund. Despicable in this era of Covid. Absolutely a money grab. The hotel is a Hilton too! I find it hard to believe that is Hilton’s policy. The hotel is old and worn on top of all its other deficiencies

This was a beautiful property the management and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff was really nice and the room had a fantastic view.
