Best Western Plus Indianapolis Downtown

The hot water didn’t work for awhile. The sink was clogged. Their food grocery store didn’t have much food. The entire building smelled like weed. The heat took hours before it started working. We had to ask for a space heater.

It was a very quiet and peaceful stay

My family and I arrived after a 15-hour drive to find that the hotel was not in business. We had to scramble to find a much more expensive hotel down the street at 10 pm with six young children.

ORBITZ booked me there but the hotel weren't accepting guess from day one I tried to contact Orbitz but no answer I held on the phone for hours

We booked this Hotel to stay at for a wedding we were attending only to find out when we get there that they have been closed for 4 months doing renovations! They claim they sent an email saying that they were closed!! All I know is I better get my money back!

I reserved two rooms a month in advance thru this app. Drove 12 hours to discover the hotel advertised they the app with pictures was closed and under construction. Now I am told I can't be refunded because the payment went straight to the hotel and have to ask them for my money back. I didn't reserve directly thru the hotel I used the app and paid thru the app. I worked solely with hotles.com I then had to rush and find a hotel with two rooms available and paid more than double.

It was under renovation, so it was a bit rough. However, the room was beautiful, the view amazing and the bed comfortable

My room was new however my heat did not work very good a hot water wasn't very good the breakfast attendant was sitting at the front desk with the chicken woman the hot water for coffee and tea was called the toaster was broke for $208 I was disappointed I didn't have enough time to complain because I had to catch my flight out I really wanted my money back to be honest The elevator is so small best part was the valet park young man very personable and helpful

Hotel is under construction which was not advertised, at check in the front desk stated well you don’t have to be here you can go somewhere else instead of just apologizing, due to construction nothing was available! On top of they wanted to charge $30.00 a day for parking!

Hotel is being remodeled. We were not aware of this. As we were getting back to our room one day, our door had been taped with plastic since people were painting the whole hall. Other than that, bed was very comfortable and room looked pretty clean.
