Days Inn by Wyndham Ontario Airport

Everything was outdated and looked overrun! This place is in desperate need for a remodel! Anything over $50 a night is an insult!

Wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you have kids. Cars coming and going people hanging out in the parking lot it’s let to a liquor store. The worst part was the room was crawling with roaches. We weren’t even there for 2 hours and we decided to leave. Went to the front desk spoke with the receptionist she was so rude and unprofessional wouldn’t give me a refund or give me managers number. She said” You booked through Hotels.com so talk to them I can’t help you.

There were cockroaches crawling on the bed and shower.

There was bugs like food Flys coming out the sink hole i flushed them asap i didn't take a pic cuz i freaked out but ît was better than most

I had to work that night,front desk did not want to let us in our room on time or early. I was finally let in my room @ 2:20 I only stayed in my room until 5:45 and came back when I got off work at 4:00 A.M. but was accused of smoking in room so they would not have to return deposit .

Way too much traffic and the guest looked really sketchy. Drug deals were being made and it made me uncomfortable. The service was ok, but there is a cash deposit, no credit cards. This is more of a motel than hotel.

The plus side is that it’s near a lot of food places. The bad side is that the room/air smelled stale, the covers were super thin, and the water smelled funny. It was next to a liquor store, so a lot of people were out all times of the night hanging in the parking lot.

Not so good

There was a lot of holes in everything; the blanket, the curtains, the furniture, and the wall! Also, the shower head connecting to the wall was coming off. I have pictures to prove it but cannot post them on this review for some reason. They really need to fix these issues!
