Hampton Inn Beckley

This is a wonderful hotel on the way from north back to the Carolinas. The staff are pleasant and respectful. The room was extremely clean and the bed most comfortable. We will stay here again when traveling back and forth between the Carolinas and Wisconsin.

Hotel was very clean. Had bag and go breakfast. Comfy beds. A little noisey with doors slamming but we were at the end where the fire scape door. Convient location for food and gas.

The room was nice and clean. Check-in was easy. However, the refrigerator started leaking and the carpet ended uo soaking wet. We alerted the desk clerk but no one ever came to attend to it.

We needed to stop after 13 hours of driving. We like to choose Hampton Inn and were happy there was one in Beckley.

Pretty quiet, peaceful and uneventful stay..3 nights.

We like to stay at Hampton Inn‘s because they are consistent, clean, and we know what we are getting. Our room was very nice, bed was very comfortable and everything in the room looks very clean. Unfortunately, the floor tile in the shower was filthy. This was a handicap accessible room and the floor in the shower was just gross! I don’t know if it’s just poor design but after taking a shower the whole floor of the bathroom was covered with water. There was no way to keep it in the shower. I don’t know the answer but that should be addressed. Literally, the whole bathroom floor was covered with water. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and clean and overall would’ve been a great experience. The shower just put a damper on this stay.

Perfectly placed off the highway, this clean hotel had a friendly staff and a comfortable, safe place to spend the night.

There was no hot breakfast. I understand that COVID has changed the rules on food service but you could do better. There was no place to sit comfortably outside; the pool area was locked. You have plenty of room there to make a nice safe outdoor space for your guests. Your cleanliness has adjusted to the times. Now adjust the little things that would make staying in your hotel a little more comfortable during these challenging times.
