Great hotel. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, the pool is very nice, the room is comfortable and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is good. It is expensive because the area is expensive, but it was cheaper than many others. Breakfast is good and they allowed us to go 15 minutes earlier on our departure day which was very nice of them. We had to pay one euro per night for the safe key. They provide with shaving kit to do a wet shave which my partner thought it was great. There is a coffee machine at the reception but you have to pay for it. Swimming pool is very small but there is one if you don't want to move. It is very well located for city centre, shops and restaurants, but we aware that the sea you see in the map is a port. There is no beach near it. You have to rent a car or get a bus and pay 5 or 10 euros return ticket. Beaches are nice but are about 30 minutes drive. They are unspoiled so beautiful but after the bus has dropped you, there is usually a 15 minutes walk under the sun. So make sure you have water and sunblocked cream. Also this week the macarella beach was full of jellyfishes. Staff was nice and polite. Overall very nice stay.

Excellent small hotel in perfect location for the town of Ciutadella, the port and the marina. The hotel is well maintained, quite simple but more than adequate for a few nights. The pool area is tranquil, there is a small gym area and a good lounge area. The breakfast is excellent with far more on offer and better quality than many other hotels.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from port & centre. Staff incredibly helpful. Buffet breakfast varied & good quality . Very clean spacious room Only negative was hotel rather tinny so noise travelled throughout

This was our second visit to the hotel and it was good to find some further improvements from last year - a new walk-in shower to replace the over the bath one and some updated sunloungers by the pool (it was also good to see an increased number of loungers - too few loungers had been our only issue last year. All hotel staff were very welcoming and, yet again I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of our room and all the communal areas

Localización perfecta. Atención perfecta. Zona de piscina con ducha para utilizarla antes del viaje de vuelta. La única pega, el desayuno, resulta muy caro para lo que ofrece.
