Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Cost for valet parking is very high. No calls or follow up with us to see if we needed any additional items in the room. TV was not working, no refrigerator only a chiller which defeats the purpose. Very little staff on site to assist customers. Rooms was very spacious and comfortable. And we seem to be the only ones on that floor.

Super nice and clean I would probably stay somewhere more central to the city but other than that it was good

Since AnimeFest didn't happen this year, me and my wife decided to bring the convention vibe to ourselves by buying our favorite Japanese snacks, and watching anime at our favorite convention hotel, which of course, was the Sheraton Dallas. It was different being at the hotel without all the cosplayers walking around, but the experience was just as wonderful. Kind and helpful staff, EXTREMELY clean lobby and room, easy parking, and of course, wonderful view of the city. I love this hotel so very much, and if you miss the convention experience too, support this place! It was awesome experiencing it for the first time without the context of a convention going on. It's not just a great convention center, it's a fabulous hotel.

There was no ice bucket in the room and the sheets smelled as if they were damp while still on the bed.

The only thing was we asked for Ice because ice machine were not working and we never got the ice even after we asked twice for it. We also asked for extra sheets and we only got the bottom sheets and no sheets to cover up or pillows.

The hotel staff and The hotel itself was great. The only problem that I had was that I had requested 2 beds and got a king instead so one of is was forced to sleep in the pullout sofa. Not ideal, but not bad. Good location and great shower!!

It was amazing and the staff were great.

The rooms I requested weren’t available due to Covid cleaning regulations but they upgraded both rooms and comped our parking for the weekend. They were very helpful and friendly. Would go back again!

Booked a king size bed was told that because I did it via Expedia they can switch it to 2 queen beds. Rooms are very basic and not updated way over priced for what you get!

This hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and entertainment. When we checked in, there was a leak in the bathroom. Staff promptly brought us up keys for the room next door. Hotel was clean and staff was nice and professional.
