Stay was excellent. Suite was excellent. Highly recommend!! Room service guys name was Yash and was second to none.

Room wasn’t the best, horrible brown, stained valance. Carpets weren’t overly clean. Extremely disappointed that we paid for executive lounge only to discover it wasn’t open. Received one drink each per night and a platter that wasn’t up to much, definitely not value for money. Aggrieved that we have to pay a £5 tray service through no fault of our own! It’s not the customers fault we can’t go and get our own breakfast so to be charged for it to be brought to the table was a bit off. We have stayed at the Hilton every time we visit Glasgow but will be having a rethink next time.

Nice big, clean, comfortable room at a decent price. BUT.... rip off charges for water and wifi in the room and the bathroom needs updating. Also, it is the almost impossible to walk to the hotel without dodging cars and taxis. How about a decent, welcoming pedestrian access?
