Red Roof Inn Houston - Westchase

Valentine’s Day excellent thanks for Red roof

Not satisfied at all with my stay. A snow storm came through during the stay and there has been no type of power, no hot water. The lobby has a generator but the front office workers won't let anyone charge their phones in the front. They're directing everyone to walk in the cold weather to a hotel down the street to use their power. I can't count this as a stay because it was the worst and I truly believe Red Roof inn can do a little better in situations like this so the first won't be disgruntled during these disasters. No help was given or offered and I am extremely disappointed.

This room don't deserve review and I really I want I want to see what you're going to do about it first so I really don't appreciate your answering again

Very loud if you’re on the first floor: people kept slamming the doors to the rooms hard and the one by the staircase outside. And around 11am a group of people in the back woke me up with loud music blasting from the car while they gather around the car and smoke and talk. Dissatisfied

They said i dint have a reservation, even when i show then the confirmation on my phone. They where very rude to me, and i was there with my sister and baby niece after a drive of 4 hours. Never goin back to that places.

It was fun

Hotel was filled with pimps, hookers and lots of weed scent.. not a safe place to stay.

The room was horrible

Not so good rooms are not clean and it’s dirty as hell

Horribly filthy. Holes in the wall and tv didn’t work
