Best Western Plus Houston Energy Corridor

We booked this hotel mostly for the indoor pool, the pool was filthy, smelled horrible, had a green color to it and felt slimy. When we asked they said the pool gets cleaned every Monday. They definitely weren't busy enough for it to get that dirty in less than a week. The room was fine, except the ac kept turning off so it was really hot all night!! The staff was really polite.

AC did not work, no phone in room, management extremely unprofessional, rude and unwilling to listen or address issues properly. Double charged

The stay here was perfect! Room is a little small but perfect for a quick overnight stay. We had our 5 yr old with us and there was no room for him to play so I wouldn't stay more than a day or 2 if you have little ones around that like space to move around.

Good place...safe , clean, & quiet...nice bed & TV. Could use better internet & better breakfast offering (even during Covid-19 era) maybe throw a boiled egg or some ham & grits, or individual breakfast sandwich that u could nuke in the room...they just give sweets & bottled water... water is cool but milk &/or juice would be cooler...muffins they gave were good tho. Maybe a bigger mini fridge but i tend to not be able to afford dining out so bring too much food & stuff...also, can't play PS3 online cuz of slow interweb there. Other than that beds were awesome with lots of pillows. Towels & complementary tolietries (soap, shampoo, TP) were plentiful. Also carpet in hallways could use a refresh...it was pretty old & worn & dated but very clean. Housekeepers where Excellent & do a fantastic job.

hotel was nice and clean, what I didn't like is the extra $50 deposit that I wont get back till 5 to 7 business days on my card. If I had cash I would of got it back the next day at check out . But who carries cash anymore. I've stayed at a lot of different hotels and have never been asked for a deposit.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable place. Great for the whole family. Cannot with to come back when we can experience the breakfast buffet and more amenities (darn COVID).

Enjoy the stay. Housekeeping was rude.
