Very friendly and prompt staff, every time I stay the attendant receives me with a smile, very friendly and knowledgeable of area and services! The only down is that no breakfast only a brown bag which wasn’t any available and don’t come with a drink. Perfect for the price, value and service, lighting in the parking lot needs improvement

It was good service checking in was easy . Security on site . The only dislike is knocking on the door 30 mins prior to check out

Didn’t arrive until midnight. Guard on duty inside and doors locked. Check in was fast. Seemed clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Me and my daughter really liked this hotel. It is in a great location to visit our family in Houston. Clean, secure, quiet place. Beautiful decorations and our room was very spacious.

They did not let me check in because hotels.com account is under my husbands name and he wasnt with me but it was my card

I was very disappointed with the fact that I had to put out my trash and towels everyday and the staff would place towels in a bag on the ground in front of the door. This is unbelievable how can this be clean. I will contact my Corporate operations to never use this hotel again.

I got a copy of a bill about 30.00 less than what i paid so im not happy about that. Pool was closed and thats the only reason we picked it. Nothing on the website that said so. Bed was a bit hard and carpet was dirty, but overall the place was nice and had hot breakfast.

Was in town for business and stayed here. Very clean and nice for a great price. Good location. Great staff. Will stay there again.

The room we stayed in was very clean and nice.. the bed was comfortable. The only down side was some of the elevators didn’t work and no one could find a extra blanket for our bed. However we still made the best out of our stay. We would stay there again. The price was great as well.
