Vagabond Inn Palm Springs

Vagabond is a great low-budget property just south of downtown Palm Springs 🌴. I was disappointed that there was no clock in the room. Also, the comp breakfast is currently suspended due to the virus. Attention observant Jewish visitors: the Vagabond is a two-minute walk from Chabad of Palm Springs 🌴.

I thought it was a great value.

It was clean and a place to sleep without spending a fortune. You could walk to town but not real close

Pros: - Good location - Affordable for the area - Friendly staff - Nice pool/hot tub Cons: - Multiple things broken in the room - Very loud guests - Barking and whining dogs (they allow pets)

Noisy neighbours, who smoked near our room and made noise until 5 am.

Expensive. The rooms look nice in the picture and on site it’s garbage. Rusty drain and bathtube. It looks relatively clean but the property is dark, a bit creepy. And we paid $132 for a room! Unbelievable!! Had I known I wound have stayed next door in a better hotel. Completely waste of money.

Customer service was good. The room was clean for the most part. However, the mini fridge was dirty & had a smell because it was turned off. Nothing Lysol wipes couldn't handle. My only true complaint is the shower. It was like taking a bath & shower at the same time due to the water draining so slowly.

No warn water one day. Took a cold ahower. Room had no front window. Rear window was wall of the neighboring hotel. Room was comfortably though.

For the price paid it was an ok stay. Nothing negative to report, the room had a fun PS vibe. Clean pool and good free WiFi and parking. The plumbing for my room was not very good but nothing that required a call to front desk. For a night or two stay I would recommend, friendly staff and my dog was comfy and safe.
