Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville I-75

This hotel has very thin walls. We could hear our neighbors as if they were in our room. This was unnecessary as the hotel was minimally occupied because of Covid. One room between each resident would have been nice.

The breakfast offered was just granola bars and muffins.

Traveling from Indiana to South Carolina for vacation and decided to stop here for the night to get some rest. Overall rating was decent and so was the price point. Staff was helpful and the room was clean. The place is a bit dated but it didn’t bother me as we only stayed for one night.

The hotel was dirty, the nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold, especially the bathroom, it smelled horrible. The advertised indoor pool was covered, by uninsulated surroundings but the area was the same temperature as the outdoors. The pool itself was barely warm enough for a polar plunge. I would not recommend this hotel for the main reason of a dirty, smelling room. The pool would probably be nice during the summer, but not during any time when the outdoor temperate is below 75degrees.

Room clean, neat as expected. Staff very nice, polite, informative. Lobby beautiful. Breakfast/coffee/juice available. Unlike previous Baymont experience in different city 2 weeks earlier. Would recommend this facility to others. Affordable. Pet friendly.

Could not park by the room the tv had static we were on the pool side and it was noisy until 1000 p,

I loved this hotel they were able to accommodate our trip and just so kind and nice. The beds were amazing and everything was great no complaints.

It's pretty much a "get what you paid for." Although it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the furnishings and decor are pretty run down and need updating. I had to call in a noise complaint which was handled very quickly, so bonus points to the night manager.

Worst management in lodging I have ever experienced. Night manager was great. Morning Manager should be fired! They serve breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00. At 8:57 they had shut everything down on A Sunday morning. Told us missed it and nothing they could do. When I went to speak to the manager he got an attitude immediately with me. Called me a liar about it being before 9:00. I was thoroughly disgusted with this guy. It got escalated into shouting at each other. This is the very last time I ever stay at Baymont. Do not stay here if you don't want to get ripped off. I am a patient person. I am in professional sales. I am diplomatic. This guy is a detriment to the hotel and the Baymont Brand. His name is Scott. Don't stay here.
