Very happy with our stay here. Affordable rate. Parking on sight. Easy check in and check out. Quiet at night and during the day. Short drive (12 min approximately) to main downtown attraction in Savannah). The breakfast was cereal and sausage. This hotel is a bit older, but for the price I would say my experience was terrific. Make sure to take a haunted tour while you are visiting. I recommend a walking tour at night...

The staff behind the desk have mixed attitudes toward COVID-19 safety. The manager was wearing a mask, but with his nose exposed. A cleaning staff member didn't even have a mask, so NEVER had one on. Another cleaning staff member's mask didn't fit well, so it kept slipping down off of her nose. The woman who checked me in didn't have a mask anywhere to be seen and didn't seem bothered at all. Breakfast is lackluster at best. Most of the bread and donuts had been eaten or not much had been put out. The warmer tray had two compartments of sausage links, but no eggs. When I asked the nose-exposing manager about why there were no eggs, he gave me a non-answer and said, "There are no hot eggs today, but cooked ones in the fridge." Resigned to eating cold boiled eggs, that's what I ate. It's not the same, but protein is protein, I guess. The juices from the drink dispenser are obviously watered down. The only jelly available is grape (no strawberry or marmalade). For toast, there are no honey, peanut butter, or apple butter packets, which would make breakfast more interesting. There is no fresh fruit to grab and go. The waffle mix tastes strangely sour/tangy and the blueberry flavor is subtle and of course is artificial. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for kids to play in. Families with small kids who take baths, there is no tub plug! The $124 price tag for one night is far too much for what we received.

We usually stay at comfort inns and have always been super satisfied. The free breakfast makes it worth while! But this time we were disappointed. #1 the person checking us in told us that we could not use our rewards program number on bookings made by Expedia #2 the food and coffee during breakfast was not replenished frequently. We went to eat about an he before it was over and the eggs and coffee were gone. After speaking with staff to inform them of the situation we waited another 30-40 mins before they replenished. #3 the staff was all gloomy. No one smiled. No one was happy. We were treated fine but you could tell no one wanted to be there.

Perfect choice and conveniently located near Memorial Health and shopping. Low rate and overall great experience.

This hotel is outdated but clean. The breakfast was not great. It was very close to the soccer fields my child was playing on. There are some shops across the street and it was very close to downtown Savannah. The snack machines did not all work.

This hotel will serve your basic needs well. The front desk attendant wasn’t very warm and inviting. The walls had patched up places and the entire hotel is very dated and gloomy. The rooms are spacious, but ours had an odd sour smell. Other than that, we slept soundly and showered happily.

Hotel is convenient to historic area and River Street, close to mall and shopping and quiet enough for everyone. Reception/check in was easy, quick and welcoming. Rooms are large with great beds and a nice sofa. Bathrooms are roomy and very clean. All personnel is nice and helpful. I will stay here again.

In an awesome area; shops and restaurants. Just needs an update; bathroom ceilings, coverings (spots and burn marks) and coach.
