Hotel d’Lins Ontario Airport

Service was terrible, don’t believe the pictures it’s false advertisement. Don’t even bother asking for an extra towel they’ll tell you they don’t have enough. Tagging on the walls smells like marijuana. Defining not worth the price motel 6 is cleaner.

I booked it especially for the jetted tub and it did not work, very disappointing.

I get in my king executive suite and the smell is strong of mold and smoke. The walls are filthy, the thermostat is filthy, there are gnats flying around. Mold on the ceiling. The bathroom door is warped with lumps all over it. Red paint patches on the wall over the brown paint. The phone is dead so I walk to the front to get a new room. The parking lot was completely empty so I know I could of gotten a better room. In the new room, there are no doors on the bedroom door, no tv in the livingroom but both the doors and tv were supposed to be there. The walls and thermostat were filthy, the faucet in the tub was filthy with built up grime, ants in the tub, toenails on the floor, mold on the ceiling. This used to be a nice hotel but it’s now run down and filthy. And I would expect it to be more clean with covid! As I left, I noticed graffiti on the wall! I will never go back! I didn’t get photos of the first room. I wish I did!

The Hotel is nice, it is being cleaned constantly. staff is all wearing masks around property also. Ontario Police constantly patrol through the hotel parking lot to make sure cars are safe

They canceled my room due to over booking so I need you to refund my credit card I’m sure you had many people calling you yesterday due to overbooking

The room was roomy, bed very comfortable. Had some trouble with the TV/remote working at first but got it working. The door had some trouble locking/closing but ok.

Loved it it was nice n clean and they do late check out

I went with my cousin and husband unfortunately the refused her service because she had an expired DL although the clerk by name Linda O did not accept the expired DL or the credit card used to book the room .She was extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! It was pretty embarrassing to get turned down since we had a getaway weekend planned All our plans where ruined!!

First issue was being put in a regular small room and having to argue with the front desk about what room i paid for and only then was I told come back and it can be fixed. I was then sent to a elevator that didn’t work and get to the room toilet won’t work and front desk says maintenance guy left so I can come get a plunger and do it myself it then I was told it’s disappeared only to finally get it over a hour later from the front desk and the toilet had to be plunged by me
