My daughter and I always stay at a comfort inn. We were shocked at this one. It was absolutely horrible, she kept calling it The Torture Inn. It was dirty, there was no blanket, the toilet didn't flush, there is no drain in the sink – like it was missing, the place smelled horrible, stuff was on the floor... This place is disgusting and we were really disappointed.

Everything was good

I was downgraded because the suite was horrible.

There was a dirty sock on the counter next to the sink.

Really needs updating. Cleanliness needs to improve. Really disappointed that you are not recycling.

This is one of my favorite hotels but this time I wasn’t satisfied. Cover had stains on them, covers had holes in them, and no shower curtain.

A three day uneventful stay. The first night we had to request for maintenance to change three light bulbs missing and not working. And again to plug in A/C unit that we were unable to get to and then again for sleeper sofa sheets. The young maintenance man arrived in pajama attire with sandals. No problem mind you but add an attitude with don't want to be here and making the comment on his way out with "You need to return the luggage cart to the lobby" was enough to not have room serviced during our stay. Rooms are very very dark with all lights on.

Reserved a room with queen bed but was given a queen bed. Breakfast buffet had hard cold biscuits. Behind a chair in the room was an empty coke can, an empty foot powder container and a couple other pieces of trash

I stayed there on the 15th of October, I usually comes once a year around this time of the year. The staff is always great and the hotel is usually pretty clean and nice. Oh this year I finally use the indoor, the area was okay, and the hot does work, will back
