The Nest Hotel Palo Alto

Rooms are fully remodeled and very clean. Hotel is back from the main street which makes it much more quiet. Good sized room. Huge TV. Comfortable bed. Very nice outdoor seating area with fire-pit. Only complaint is the lack of a fridge and/or microwave. Very nice and professional staff.

Very clean, great accessibility for parking. Check in was prompt. The only thing was no information on property amenities was given, such as if there was an ice machine available, any breakfast. On website, indicates a wine tasting during certain days and times but staff doesn’t elaborate nor advise on those items. Overall, very pleasant and clean environment. Customer service interaction was pleasant but nothing above and beyond.

Great place to stay in Palo Alto. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Really loved the hotel. Loved the shower head. I didn't want to get out. The only thing i disliked was that there is no refrigerator. Or microwave. It didn't affect me as i was only there overnight but it would have if i had stayed more than that.

Clean crisp and very comfortable. The rooms art a little on the tiny side but very cute. Only down side would be the one ice machine is at the front lobby: easy check in: they have in rooms Individual packets for coffee which is great: that could change.

Hotel was empty but front desk gave us the worst room in the hotel. Small space, bathroom door didn’t close, noisy air con right next to bed, front desk blaring self help at breakfast and two TVs, asked gently for quiet but to no avail.

Room too small for a price much to high... no place to accommodate an open suitcase. No desk for a pc. Coffee machine inside a closet on top of safe... This is a high end Motel with 5 star room pricing.

Great place. Very new and clean. Wine tasting at night. Gym is only OK. Plenty of parking.

The staff was amazing and super friendly! Felt at home here.
