Clarion Collection Hotel Atlantic

Helpfull and friendly staff. I only found out the complimentary light meal otion after making actual reservation and lady @ check in rminded us. Was nice and tasty !

I liked the close location to the train station, and the hotel itself was cool, part whaling/Sandefjord museum, it was very interesting to look around. Also, the breakfast and evening meal were very good and provided quite a variety to choose from.

Centrally located, very warm and friendly staff, free coffee and cake in the afternoon, and a light dinner in the evening. Rooms and beds are basic and a bit old.

This was our second visit to the Hotel Atlantic, the first being a business trip, and this visit as part of our Norwegian road trip. Excellent hotel in every sense, comfort, rooms, service, but what really makes the difference with this hotel is the food. Most Norwegian hotels serve an excellent breakfast, but with Clarion group an evening buffet is also included in the room rate. At the Hotel Atlantic it is served in small rooms which have been fitted out to look like the interior of fishing boats to show Sandefjord's fishing history. Strange but very interesting, and the food is excellent both in terms of choice and quality. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thanks a lot, perfect stay, friendly staff. We had a good stay in Sandefjord. Our departure was very early in the morning and the staff made for us sandwiches to take away the breakfast, amazing... We will comeback of course!

Nice hotel to stay displaying whaling equipment. Very helpfull reception assisting us for all our needs for early departure.

Unfortunately we were not able to spend enough time in Sandefjord to really do any exploring. We had to get to the airport very early, so missed breakfast, but the staff made us a breakfast bag to go. The hotel is a great old classic in design. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
