Fairfield Inn by Marriott Provo

Quick check in, location good, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean

Could not get TV to work. Had to use a QR program to make it work. Not everyone has a smart phone. We were on the 2nd floor and between hearing the people above us take rvery step we coukd hear the traffic all night. Not a great experience Also still not serving breakfast. 1st hotel in almost 3 weeks of traveling.

It was ok. Good location . out dated motel by marriott. Noisy right on south una versity ave. Near BYU. Near lots of shopping.

The room was clean and our stay was pleasant enough. Not enough towels or coffee for the room. The whole grab and go breakfast due to Covid left much to be desired. A little disappointing. Check in was great, location was great.

Very kind and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds and bedding. Clean. Convenient location. Easy access to rooms. Only thing is that the shower water wasn't hot enough for me. Great accommodations for the price. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was so very pleasant. Our room was immaculate. We will stay there again.

Overall the stay was comfortable and the location worked well for us. We were a little annoyed that the ice machine was broken and it was over 100 deg outside. They include a continental breakfast in the lobby from 6am-9am. The morning of our departure we went down at 6am but they hadn’t brought out the coffee or food yet so ended up stopping at Starbucks on our way out of town.

Traveling for business during COVID and had to stay at a few different hotels. This was the best one hands down. Still had the pool available for use, and had a much better breakfast option then the other places I stayed. Will use them again!
