My stay at the Holiday Inn was pleasing and comfortable

The staff was very friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. The linen was soft and the pillows were wonderful. We had a great view of the city of Mobile in our room on the 15th floor. Only issue was there was no enough towels and toilet paper, which they addressed once we called the front desk. The hotel has an excellent location. A couple of minutes from the I-10. Restaurants located within walking distance. Parking was free.

It was nice and thw staff was extremely accommodating.

We’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times and it is always very clean, friendly staff and the location is perfect for walking. The pool is down which was disappointing.

It was the perfect location. It was walking distance to the Mobile Civic Center. That blew my mind. I will definitely book here again if I am in Mobile.

Despite a nearly $300/night room rate, the room was not clean. Furthermore, no luggage carts were available at check-in. Really not acceptable at that price point.

Its close to the venue where my event was!! The Manager & 1 of the front desk clerks was very rude and unprofessional... I was told 5-6 times my room wasn't clean yet and on the 6th time I was told it was because I requested a king room and that wasn't true..... Also they were booting people cars in the garage across the street that had paid thru the hotel for parking....

The room need and update the bed was not that comfortable the location was really good

Everything was great, the center caps off our truck rims were stolen. The security didn’t seem to concerned. Basically, just got an ehhh it happens.
