ibis Colmar Centre

L'ibis de Colmar fait certes partie d'une chaine cependant l'accueil réservé au client compense cela à Merveille. Tout était propre, bien entretenu, respectueux des règles d'hygiène actuelles. Je recommande vivement

First impressions weren’t good when we found out that there was no parking available as there were limited spaces and had to be booked in advance!! Room was tiny but comfortable. - within walking distance of beautiful ‘Little Venice’

Excellent breakfast, very good location! Shower could be better.

Convenient to the town center and historic area. Everything we wanted to see was within a short walk. Rooms are small but clean and efficient. Furnishings seem to be set up with back packers in mind, there was no place to open suitcases.

The staff and the breakfast were superb, very clean ,the area excellent five minutes from the old city but The room is narrow and cramped without a closet. The entrance to the room is uncomfortable in the full sense of the word.

Directions to the underground parking were unclear. If she'd said to go in through the Auchan carpark d have found it first time. Why have a sign on the coffee machine in reception saying free coffee then when you ask for a cup you find it's only in the morning. But the sign is there all day... I never got the answer, nor the complimentary coffee.

Nice staff, comfort room, good stay ~

We arrived on Thursday and the air condition was already our of order. The technician did not arrive until Monday - 4 days without air conditioning with a temperature of 29 degrees outside is much very much. The staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming, but it did not solve the problem.

The hotel is very hard to find especially from main train station. It's very far away from that; approx. 3 km. You have to take the bus (number: 1) You pay the ticket in the bus to the driver however on Sundays there is no bus in town. So you have to walk. The hotel is located very near to old town so that's a good thing. You can walk to Colmar attraction for 15 minutes and you'll be there.
