Our room smelled like wet cat food, it was disgusting. The walls are paper thin and there were people being super loud in the hallway.

The whole place smelled like weed. Parties all over and super loud all night long. The pool was closed with no notice before hand and the elevator went down during the trip. The tub wouldn't not drain and no one answered the phone when you called for things.

I had to switch rooms twice their towels and sheets were filthy I’ll never stay here again

My negative experience started the second I walked in. Since I was checking in late at night, the counter attendant yells at me through a locked door asking if I had a key, I told her no and her response was “well what do you want?” And I said I was there to check in. She buzzed me in but continued to finish her text message. Literally 30 seconds go by. It wasn’t even just a quit finish of a text message, so as I stood there awkwardly in silence, I was like sooooo can I check in? She was very unpleasant with how she spoke to me. She confirmed what room I had booked online and then says that all of those rooms were booked so I asked what other rooms were available, she gave me my option of “there’s only one other room you can have” without any details of price change or what the room was. And seemed so irritated every time would ask a question. So I didn’t even get the room I initially booked online which specifically had a jetted tub, my room was just ok overall but definitely a drastic change from what I was initially charged for. Even at check out, a different counter attendant had a major attitude when I asked for a receipt and when I tried to hand her the room key. She snapped at me to just throw it in a bucket. And thanks to my interaction with the staff, I’ll never stay here again.

Wonderful location, the premises are kept very clean and orderly, and the staff is super friendly and personable! They’re definitely doing their part to maintain health and safety of guests and employees during this pandemic and it’s very honorable. Overall, excellent stay and would absolutely recommend!

Room 318 nubmer is missing on the third floor . Elevator was very noisy it feels unsafe because of the loud noise. And room was smelly. I had leave window open on snow night . Heater was working.

It was the people that stayed there. Mostly Puerto Rican it made me feel at home there

Check in was nice But we needed towels and was told there were none available there was only 1 bath towel my guest and I had to share I had to plug the fridge in
