Mobile Marriott

Put us in a dirty room (during pandemic) when we arrived then a couple hours later we were given a different room. Offered us a free breakfast muffin for our troubles. No thanks. Won’t be back.

The property was well-lit and availability of parking spaces was more than adequate. It's location is conveniently right by the mall and I-65. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet. We got to-go drinks from the bar to take to our room. The bartender was nice and made a really good long island tea!

The staff was super friendly. The hotel and rooms were nice and well kept. My only complaint is that there were only two bath towels in the bathroom. No hand towels or wash cloths at all! There should be a minimum of 3-4 of each type of towel.

The Staff were all very nice, outgoing and helpful. In response to Covid, all staff members wore masks but the guests did not and the Hotel failed to enforce the mask requirement. While awkward for them, it would have helped. I was uncomfortable. Am I suppose to enforce their rules?

Understaffed at night. It took the front desk 30 minutes to find the booking. Room was very old outdated. The sink clogged in the morning. The front desk guy was by himself overnight. Didn’t know where laundry bags were either. The place is poorly managed

This was my second time staying at this property, and much like my first visit, I was pleased. My room was very clean and the young lady working the front desk when I checked in was very courteous and helpful. I requested a room on the west side of the building and she was able to accommodate me. Aside from some noise in the hall, the rooms were very quiet. I couldn't hear the people on either side of me. I will say there was an odd smell in the lobby that lingered all weekend. Despite this one small thing, I'd stay here again - no question!

Great location and excellent property, clean, friendly staff and enjoyed my stay

It’s disappointing to see such a beautiful property miss the mark by lack of cleanliness. If they truly want to survive during this pandemic at the very least be sure all rooms are cleaned properly and free of previous guests clothing items & trash. Stayed a week ago still awaiting someone with authority to make right what was wrong, not once, but twice. This hotel no longer has a general manager or staff that seems to care anymore.

I love this hotel, I stayed here last year. I always stay here at least one night. The Marriot is close to the Airport and I always stay here the night before I fly out to go home.

Hotel is outdated. Cleaning was done poorly. Frig is terribly small plus no microwave in the room for the price is shame.
