Courtyard by Marriott Butler Boulevard

We stayed here before and it was nice but with the remodel the rooms have definitely been upgraded and nicer. They really look like they are taking sanitizing seriously for each room.

This place was dated and a dump. Was shocked that a Courtyard Marriot could be in this condition.

Didn't like the hotel holding deposit at check in

We were in area viewing a place for our son to get married . Very disappointed with area hotel was under construction. Our room surely needed an update.

Nice staff, clean, and very convenient.

Could be nice hotel, but there was construction. The lobby and elevator was a mess. We were also awakened by construction hammers and drills on the floor above us at 8:30am.

Property is being renovated. The construction crew hit a waterpipe leaving me and daughter without running water for at least 4 hours. The front desk clerk said due to being under renovations they could not even offer any type of discount. The La Quinta neighboring this hotel was half the cost and much nicer. Won't be back.

The issue I had were the following Upon arrival the hotel was under remodeling construction would have been nice to had that information on the front end not being waken to the noise. Also due to the Cov-19 there was no daily service again would have been nice to know on the front end and last woke up one morning to no water again no communication. It was as If we weren’t stay at the hotel.BTW I had to 2 rooms for 3 nights

I did like the curtains. It made it dark especially when there was alot lighting in the parking lot. It was very clean. was happy with it.

Beautiful , great bed. Clean and luxurious. Great staff.
