Quality Inn Newton

Very Clean with friendly service. Due to COVID19, the usual breakfast was not available. They did provide a small, but unexpected snack that could be picked up at the front desk during breakfast hours. There are a few restaurants nearby that were available. I would stay here again.

Had a nice stay. Best stay I've had in years. Clean rooms. Spacious room with refrigerator and microwave.

A good inexpensive spot to stop over for a couple of nights while racing at Knoxville - close to the freeway (I80) a little awkward to find the entrance but clean, tidy facility

The room was clean but that was about the only thing I liked. The pool was closed, there was no breakfast like they use to have, I asked for late check out and the were sweating me at the door a half hour before regular check out time. But the worse was the $250 deposit they throw at u when u check in. That's alot of money especially right now with the pandemic.

In town for funeral. Chose this hotel due to the complimentary breakfast. Received notice at 9pm that "hot breakfast" was being modified to only juice and coffee. We are paying 15.00 more than family members at another hotel, I would think for the rate they could have bagels or donuts. At least some form of food as now we get to pay for breakfast elsewhere

It was OK. Sloppy repairs have been made over time. No elevator. The sink/mirror area was separated from the tub/toilet area (+). Beds were hard.

Room refrigerator was very noisy. Nothing more to add

There was allot of hair in bath tub. A crusted wash rag was on the bathroom counter. The tub was in rough shape, as in gross. Room needs updated. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Location is great. Worth $50 a night, but not more.

The staff was Friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool was warm and kids enjoyed swimming. Breakfast was really good. Awesome water pressure in the shower.
