Days Inn by Wyndham North Platte

Staff was nice. The microwave was missing both knobs, also missing the smoke detector (I think is required by law) so room condition and safety was questionable. Reported it to owner wo seemed to already know. Had to ask for a second bar of soap. Also missing shampoo. Breakfast offered was good. Comfortable room and quiet. Pet rooms were upstairs.

We were not expecting a lot but we weren’t impressed. There were numerous pieces of what we assume dog food on the floor. The sheets had black stains. This didn’t give us confidence that the room had been cleaned well. The shower was also dirty. The beds were super uncomfortable. None of the outlets worked to charge any devices.

Our room smelled like urine ...... could smell it the second we walked in. Room very cramped and overcrowded with a recliner that was too big for the space.

It was close to the interstate, clean and comfortable.

Pictures all looked nice. But there was all kinds of stuff going on under the paint and a huge patch work the bathroom ceiling that looked really bad. As for there breakfast that was none existent. There was nothing to make the waffle and nothing in the warmers. Over all I would not stay again.

The place had the appearance that it was was pretty seedy. There was not really anything available for breakfast but coffee and cereal/milk; understand the Covid thing is disruptive but a better effort could have been made.

In bath room behind door on the wall was dog pee marks, floor was clean but not the wall.

Upon check in, found out room was on 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Picture shows all rooms appear to be indoor access only. However all rooms on bsck side of hotel are street level/parking lot accessible.

Ice machine to far away hairs on towels not ours, breakfast stopped too early

This was one of the nicest Days Inn that I’ve seen! You can tell the owners take pride in their property.
