Ramada by Wyndham Springfield North

We stayed New Years Eve...Our night was more like a nightmare....we had a wonderful jacuzzi suite room, but above us was a teen-ager party, very rowdy, running and jumping around their room. We put up with it until 1:30am, and thought that was late enough. It continued thru the night. We complained multiple times, and ended up switching to a regular room 3:30-4:00am. Desk clerk said they tried to intervene upstairs but no one would answer the door.

We had a great stay!!! The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We liked everything except for the breakfast bag. It wasn’t a good selection of food at all.

Beds are Amazingly comfortable. Very clean rooms. Excellent customer service and a quiet stay.

Basic, clean, 2-bedroom suite. Was great space for family of five.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the size of the room. We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of our room, there was a thick layer of dust on the "clean towel" shelf in the bathroom. A free continental breakfast was supposed to be included, due to Covid 19 restrictions it was not provided, yet we were not given an alternative or any discount

My wife and I were looking for a mini getaway due to this Covid-19 quarantine so we headed out to tour President Lincoln home and the Capitol and although we couldn't go inside the museum it was refreshing and safe to walk around Springfield, The Hotel was super clean and everyone was social distancing and they even gave us a complementary breakfast bag with lots of goodies. The staff was kind, friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and felt very safe by the way they kept everyone safe.
