Extended Stay America - Akron - Copley - East

One of the worse overnight stays i ever had first room was destroyed not cleaned excuse was they forgot about it second room was fine but alot of children running around very noisy place doors slamming and to top it off was charged for a second night that was not booked took me 2 days of countless phone calls to get it fixed General Manager at the motel finally took care of this issue she should be the owner but took a week to get my refund very sad all in all one of the worse services i ever delt with ESPECALLY WITH A PANDEMIC GOING ON

Fair prices for the type of stay could have more cable Channels tho but I used my fire stick most the time anyways due to lack of channels clean staff was friendly good location pleasant stay staying here for work each week

Bed bugs they dont. Clean rooms at all nor do they Change the bed

You took my money for a room that they didn't have any rooms left at this place I am not happy and I'm trying to get my money back that you took when you know they didn't have any rooms

Check-in took forever! I paid for the room in advance so I didn't understand why the process took 10 minutes. To make matters worse, they asked for my cc as a hold for incidentals which isn't unusual but I've discovered that the room has been charged to my cc. Now I have to dispute the charges (another long process). The shower sounded like a steam whistle...the hotter the water, the louder it was. Stayed at other Extended Stay Hotels but this has been the most disappointing experience.
