We will stay here again next time around. Very clean, the bed not too bad (I've stayed in places where I've had to go to an Urgent care for a shot, do to the bed from heck). The Clerk was helpful friendly and very accommodating.

Such a high-class place with down-to-earth people who are friendly and helpful Even the little pet dogs behind the county where helpful even though I'm sorry I don't remember their names...

Door on room did not properly close/lock. The bathroom was in dire need of work. Bed uncomfortable. The room needs renovation. Indoor pool was closed. Overpriced

Clean, well kept, quiet... Overall, thumbs up... BUT, no lamps, overhead lights only -- over head of bed and opposite wall....horrible lighting. Of all the things to bug me not to stay again. Go figure. Also, dim TV; odd parking lot with few spots near a door.

After driving for 5 hours was told our reservation was cancelled. I definitely did not cancel so we did not have a room ready. Luckily there was a room available. Not happy with that.

shower head leaked, shower curtain was falling off the wall, sink drained slow, hook on bathroom door was missing. Nowhere to hand a towel

Sleep was okay but the big problem was our 2 girls started itching after we left and found out they had lice in their hair. So I'm not happy as we spent over $150 buying treatment and had to call into work with no pay so costing us over $400 of lost money. They were fine before the hotel so that's the only place we stayed.
