Holiday Inn Express Sarnia - Point Edward

Reservations were for 4 people. Cost of room higher because 4 people-this is ok but didn’t give us towels for 4 people or cups or coffee...If going to charge more then should check that services provided for all

Brand new. Very clean. Stayed alone with a king bed. Bed was so comfy. Staff was great. Pool was great. Would stay again for sure

Staff is very friendly and accommodating but is unfortunate that when I got to my room The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and it looked like where the coffee machine is there was droplets of coffee grains on the floor In times of covid and precautionary measures being reinforced I still don’t understand how I could’ve be placed in a room that had not been clean and disinfected throughly also the washroom was out off conditioner and in a room where it was reserved for four people there was only two big towels available Fortunately the girl at the front desk supplied the towels and conditioner and were moved to a different room that did not accommodate our sleeping needs but it was one of those where I was tired and just needed a place to rest

Due to COVID they now do not serve the full breakfast as illustrated in their pictures of the hotel. They must remove those pictures of breakfast buffet from their site. Due to COVID they do not clean the room every day during your stay. Wonder how they clean the rooms after your departure

The only downside was the breakfast but understandable due to COVID restrictions

I just spent one night at Holiday Inn . Everything seemed clean and under control.

Generally I can't really say anything bad about the place. My room was large, clean and the bed was comfy. My only issue in regards to cleanliness was that upon my arrival, the coffee table wasn't cleaned. There were some crumbs on it as well as some grease. I notified the front desk and it was taken care of. Bed was comfy, but it was two spring boxes so it was quite high and difficult to get on and off it. And I am 6'2 tall. Then there were 5 spiders (4 smaller ones and one larger one) dangling from the web just outside the window. Good thing was, they disappeared during the day.

Room was clean and tidy. Nice size and newly renovated. Breakfast on the go was nice, would have liked a few more options. The body wash and conditioner dispensers were fully empty.

The hotel was clean and staff were very polite and professional!
