Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

One of the older properties that needs updating and remodeling. Very nice staff and everything was very clean but it's simply an older property with evidence of worn features everywhere. For instance, the very old toilet in my bathroom ran water all night long.

Well I was originally booked at the Hampton Inn but they gave my room away. So I was moved over to the Comfort Suite to their jetted room. It was filthy. There was dirt in the tub three different kinds of mold in the tub. The toilet was filthy I had to have the attendant from the front desk come up and clean the bathroom. I then proceeded to take cleaning supplies and clean the entire room so I can go to sleep. This hotel needs an overhaul and a maid staff that gives a s***

Conveniently located to shopping and dining and reasonably priced. The accommodations were clean and staff was courteous and friendly.

The hotel overall was clean except for a couple of things. The vent cover in our bathroom was dusty, and the hallway on our floor needed vacuumed. The staff was very nice.

This was a pretty disappointing experience considering the reviews this hotel received. When we first entered our room we noticed the low battery indicator was flashing on the thermostat, not really a big deal, but probably should have been caught by housekeeping. The HVAC unit was discolored by what looked like a moldy color but I wasn't sure if it was actually mold or just the appearance of the color of mold, either way disturbing. Then a nice big dried booger was right in the middle of the wall, so that was a fun discovery. The usual hairs in the bathroom were around which is somewhat typical but nevertheless gross. The shower was nice and hot and the mattress was average. I walked around the room barefoot for maybe an hour and took another shower in the morning before leaving for the day. Once I got into the shower my feet were filthy so that tells you the condition of the floors in the room. Breakfast was a boxed option with a bagel, hard boiled eggs and granola bar. The pool was closed due to Covid so I can't comment on that. Overall our stay was far from what I anticipated given the reviews this hotel was given. Realistically this is a 6/10 not an 8.6.

Hotel was in a good location, staff was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Service at the front desk was good. The room smelled like smoke (I’m a smoker and could smell it) the toilet would not stop running unless you jiggled the handle, even then it may not stop running.

My room didn’t smell but the hallway stunk of cigarettes.
