Nice hotel, big rooms, good furnished. Location is not a old town yet pretty good district

Not really great service

Hotel is very nice but was disappointed that the spa is not included as this is shown in the pictures when advertising the hotel. I expected the restaurant to be a bit bigger with more choice of food given the size of the hotel too. Overall still a pretty good stay.

Hotel was very nice and clean, and upscale, close to the tram and metro lines (tram line was in front of the hotel, and the metro was about a 5 min. walk) for easy transportation into the city center. Also a lot of shopping and eating places nearby the hotel.

Hotel did not do the daily housekeeping work on the first night of my stay. On my complaining this to the front desk, I was asked if I had put up a "Do not disturb" sign which could have caused them not doing the housekeeping job.... Amazing! On the positive side, I have to compliment the concierge who had demonstrated good initiatives to assist me with the lugguage. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel a much lower rating.

The second Steigenberger that we have visited. The only mild deficiency is less than optimal drawer spac—had to partially live out of the suitcase. I hope to visit Brussels again and stay at the Steigenbergerr.

Staff is very nice. Hotel is not up to par as a 5 star. Breakfast restaurant is a bit of a disaster. Very crowded poor service and really bad coffee machines frequently out of bread and an ancient toaster The halls always had maid carts, random chairs and room service carts out at all times of the day. Housekeeping staff was very loud starting very early. This is a large property stay with small hotels if you want a better experience

Excellent stay in Brussels -

Very nice hotel, luxurious and large room facing the inner courtyard. Quiet at night.

Location is perfect. Rooms are specious, neat and clean. The only issue is the charges for breakfast which is on much higher side. The breakfast spread is also ok , but not great.
