Hotel stay was on discount which was good value for money ; reception lady was helpful and professional ; totally staff at this hotel is multicultural and reflects wonderful hospitality; breakfast at restaurant was very good ; staff there know their job and following amazing job for hygienity ; for serving good food ; housekeeping is responsible and doing great job ; maybe only will worth to invest better ice machine ; not forget people at swimming pool taking care of hygienity and doing great job as well ; room is old style classic but comfortable bed ; tv is good ; worth to invest on electrical sockets or mobile charging units which is a bit old and far from bed ;

The lobby is fabulous Just stunning with old world artifacts malachite and marble everywhere he table in the room is made of precious malachite But it em’s there The rooms are old fashion Dark and dank Bathroom only has a bidet not including the usual toilet skitter. Tv difficult to manipulate Small tv and old fashion furniture needs changing Staff is excellent No outside taxis allowed to pick up people Only blue and white hotel taxis; hurt your budget Famous hotel centrally located in muscat

Our room (#559) was well-appointed and large. Unfortunately, there was a pervasive smell of mold that made our stay there quite unpleasant, so we had to open the windows in an attempt to alleviate the effects, to moderate success. It was a shame as the rest of the property was beautiful and the staff excellent.

This hotel is in a desperate need of a full refurbishment he swimming pool has huge cracks in the walls and the swim up bar has peeling paint and cracks everywhere The staff are not trained very well so asking for anything is a very difficult task ! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean but the water in the bathroom is Luke warm and has no pressure in the shower would not recommend this hotel I am afteaid

Great stay amazing food very nice sea view clean and quite place

. Mattress was old and shaped, room was dark, the Check-In guy acted as we were doing him a favour. Expensive breakfast, just walk 5 min, reach the french bakery and you will have full brekkie paying 1/3 of GH chargers. Overpriced for what they offered. Pay a bit more and stay at the brand new W.
