It was just ok. There is a subway station 2 mins walking. The hotel is 15 mins by taxi to Grand place, where all shopping

Room was great. Really clean and big and made working very easy and comfortable. However, the shower did not fit into the holder properly and even after the staff had 'fixed' the problem as soon as you took a shower the entire bathroom was flooded. Thought it was unacceptable for a hotel not to have its restaurant open, and additionally no staff to serve drinks to those doing some work in the lounge area.

Fantastic property within a short walking distance from the metro which lead right into the centre. We had a night in the junior suite the room was amazing amazing and the balcony was great. Only thing the coffee machine did not work but overall great place

It's a very comfortable hotel, and quiet. It is next to a Metro stop (Montgomery) and an easy ride to the train station.

Very helpful staff, great location.

The hotel has undergone a much needed refurbishment. The wall coverings and soft furnishings have been replaced for lighter colours and everywhere is much brighter as a result. The furniture and fixtures have not been changed and look a little tired especially in the bathroom. Staff pleasant as always. Breakfast just okay.

This is more like a 3 star property, not 5 stars as advertised online. Some areas of the hotel were not clean.

Very nice room, great service. Neighborhood is very convenient to the metro, but somewhat limited in terms of restaurants, etc.
