perfect and great services

For convenience to the train station, its perfect. The rooms are pretty run down, though, and very small; we couldn't even open our suitcase without putting it on the bed. staff was pleasant and breakfast was good. For one night, it was fine, more than that, not really

Every thing was good, clean and great location One thing need to be change which are the beds because it's not comfortable.

It was great that it was right by the station. A pity my room was so far away from the lifts!

I travel to Munich at least once a year and have frequently stayed at this property. This time we were stolen from. When returned from our day out we found that we were unable to open the safe. The next morning we called the front desk and they came and opened it. Everything was there minus $200. When we complained to the desk the said it was the weekend and no one was available to handle our complaint. When we finally found someone to talk to they told us we should call the police. No help at all. In today’s electronic age it should be simple to track who entered a room other than myself. At least pretend to care and investigate it. Beware of this hotel. Great location but staff is not helpful. Do not use the hotel safes!

Check in two rooms. One room has toilet flashing issue and also heater not working. Took hotel few days to fix.

The room was renovated and nice but the corridor and hotel lobby are definitely tired. Having said that, the price was very competitive and the location is super convenient. A bit strange was that at 8.45 some hotel employee knocked at the door and pretty much opened the door at the same time as he knocked. I did not have a do not disturb sign at the door but still I don't see the need to come into the room relatively early (especially on a Saturday), especially since I was checking out on this day and they could easily see that the guest had not yet checked out.

Bar area not very good needs updating could do with more atmospere

The location is ideal for travel within and outside the city. The free local travel ticket certainly helped.. The cleanliness is superior. Breakfast had an excellent variety. The comfortable bedding was terrific after a day of site seeing and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed there 10 years ago and loved it as much as my recent visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect location for rail travel (including train connection from the airport) for shorter city visits.
