Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments - All Inclusive

The lobby is roomy however it can get hot and sticky waiting there. Ceilling fans would make the lobby more comfortable.

Grounds were kept very clean at all times. Every bartender and server made sure everyone was having a great time.

I think the hotel had a great location but the room were super small and not very clean.

The staff is wonderful and attentive to sanitation. We really love Oscar the bar tender and seeing the same faces each time we visit. The basic rooms are clean but dated. The remodeled updated rooms are very nice. Will keep coming back.

Friendly and accommodating staff. All inclusive deal plus great hotel location made for an excellent vacation.

The property served its purpose. Close to El Malecon, felt very safe, clean. Food was amazing. Pool staff and bus boys are extremely helpful. Lobby staff not so much, except bell boy "Martin" he was extremely helpful and polite. The guest service could definitely improve. The staff working at this hotel can benefit from customer service training. They lack a lot of it, but they have potential. They charge $4 for every room service call you make, not part of All-Inclusive, they close the pools at 8pm, and entertainment can improve. You have a small window to make reservations for restaurants and it's first come first serve.

Proximity to Downtown Malecon, Food and Staff all wonderful. Beach is sandy/rocky, need watersocks
