I’d like to check out it was pretty smooth but I think they should have some sodas or water out for the customers

I feel insecure bath tub looks that wasn’t cleaned that place look like motel not a hotel

The rooms were nicer than I expected but the lack of a microwave made eating in a challenge

The room is clean. The bathroom was recently updated. The room rates is very competitive with other area within Buffallo.

No breakfast as advertised but otherwise was alright and clean

The room we were given was large and clean. Beds were comfortable There was nothing overly remarkable. Continental breakfast. Staff just there. Not loving their job. So just an ok experience

Close to where I wanted to go. There was also a restaurant right beside it :)

The location was perfect for the event I was attending. I am a tea drinker, so usually plan to make tea in my room using a microwave. Having to go the main office to get hot water for tea was somewhat inconvenient.

The room was basic but clean. The phone seemed to have a problem--I called the fr ont desk a couple times with questions, but apparently they couldn't hear me. The long walk from the rooms to the office/breakfast area is inconvenient in the cold weather. The restaurant bar/restaurant next door is a convenient asset--good food.

We liked that the hotel was close to a fun and relaxing bar. We liked that the hotel was close to the Bills' field. We felt the front desk staff were not overly helpful. They were not rude or unkind, just not willing to go out of their way to be helpful.
