Holiday Inn Express Detroit-Warren

I didn’t get any thermal cups for my hydration station . The ice machine had black mold. The noise level was unacceptable.

Hotel is under renovation and manages to keep things organized and not a guest inconvenience. That is very appreciated. The hotel looking great

They are remodeling and the smells are awful!

The hotel was being renovated while we were there. There was a sign stating work done during normal business hrs. We were there for 4 days and never heard a thing. The construction crew themselves were very curtious. The general cleanliness of public areas was consistent with ongoing construction, but when you opened the door to your room it was spotless. The hotel staff were excellent From the front desk, to the house keeping and maint. man, all were polite and helpful.

The hotel is under renovation which made for an unpleasant and sometimes inconveniencing experience, but the staff was incredibly nice and pleasant.

I actually thought i was reserving a room at a different location but it turned out to be closer to where i was visiting. This location is currently being remodelled & under construction. Public areas are not pleasing to the eye due to paint & boarders being removed from the walls. The carpet is old as well. The room appeared to be clean but had a slight moist odor. Staff was friendly & professional. Decent place to stay now, however once remodeling is complete it will be up to Holiday Inn standards. I will stay here again but after remodeling

Great customer service Clean Under renovation but still up kept

Worthy of a stay. Pretty clean considering it is under construction. The updates will be nice when finished. It had the best reviews for the price in the Warren area. I was not disappointed by staying. BTW. The front desk folks were nice.
