Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Oklahoma City North

It was a nice hotel. However, there was hair in our tub so I don’t think it was cleaned. The lay out couch to a bed was loud and squeaky but still comfortable enough for our 8 year old. The suites have lots of room. The hot tub was out of service.

No soap in room Paid through Hotel.com and they charged me another full payment anyway.

The entrance looks like a well kept up place, well it isn't! We got checked in and went up to our room. King suite on the 2nd floor. The sofa bed had trash and a woman's pantyhose underneath it, so clearly they do not clean under them! Next our fridge wasn't working, luckily the wonderful maintenance man (his name is Juan) changed it out and brought us a working one. Then I called down to front desk for sheets and bedding for the sofa bed, after 30-40 minutes I had to go to the front desk. They forgot I had called. REALLY!! This hotel is located in the industrial part of the city, and you would expect it to be clean. Well it wasn't!! NEVER EVER WILL WE STAY HERE AGAIN!

Comedy of errors. Delayed check in, mirror loose in room, no shower curtain. However, the issues we resolved fairly.

First of all this Holiday Day Inn was the worst ever for that brand is a shame. No hot water, fridge wouldn’t stay shut, tv remote didn’t work. You can tell HDI just put there name on the old name of the building. I paid $140 and I should’ve just went to more 6.

Awful experience. Hotel room was not cleaned at all. Bed were still messed up for the previous tenant and beer caps all over the bed. When i went to the front desk to let them know that the room had not been cleaned at all, they offered us a drink and snack while we waited 20 minutes at midnight for house keeping to clean another room that was smaller than the one i had booked and the small room they put us in had two towels for 4 people to shower as well as an Air conditioner that barely blew. Will never stay there again.

It was amazing. After a long day of watching my daughter play basketball games it was nice to shower & get a good nice sleep! Thank you!

Friendly staff room and beds were clean. Wish they gave something for no breakfast but i was told due to the virus the couldnt serve breakfast.

The bar area was very nice, and the bartender was very personable. We had to move rooms 3 times due to no hot water. When we had to move the third time they put us in a suite for inconvenience. When we got there we turned on the tv and it didn’t work. We called the front desk and no one ever showed up to fix it. When I called the next day she said rudely “ I knocked and no one answered so I left” which wasn’t true since we were both there waiting for someone. A separate time I called for a blanket and no one showed up that time either. That hotel needs updates in customer service and the quality of their service. I will not be staying there EVER again.
