Comfort Inn West

The property was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. There was some traffic noise since it is close to I430. This property by far is nicer than the other places in the area. We would stay there again.

The floors needed to be vacuumed...makes you nervous about what was or wasn’t cleaned when the most basic was skipped. All of the floors were also spongy throughout the 3rd floor, made you feel like you were going to fall through in places.

Excellent stay for the most part. Extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Wonderful staff. The only drawback is that there was more peripheral noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway than expected. But otherwise it was a great stay and would easily stay there again.

The bathroom floor was nasty. The room's window was dirty. The mattress was soft and spongy. The carpet in the hall was torn. I will say that the lobby was clean

Very clean and comfortable stay. The staff was all very nice, but only one person (out of four) was wearing face covering. I thought that was very odd since Arkansas has a mandatory mask order. Very limited breakfast items which is totally understandable due to the current circumstances. Overall, really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Comfortable and clean rooms. Employees were very polite and i will be staying agin.

There wasnt anyone at the front desk, and i stood there for a little while before i had to say something for someone to come to the counter. There wasn't any bell or anything to get someone's attention.

There was no continental breakfast or ice for guests, but that was because of covid 19. The hotel did offer sealed drinks & breakfast pastries. I was pleased with my stay,very quite,clean & i felt safe there with my 2 kids. Beds were comfy & the shower got nice & hot.

Can I just say that they have the nicest staff!! I booked two nights because we had a power outage two nights prior but I had to return back to work after one night. They literally let me give my room to my sister because they lost their power too and even cleaned the room for them. A little after noon, my sister called me and said that there power was back on. I called the hotel and they understood. I was only charged for my one night with them and the cleaning fee and got the rest back. Thank God for great hospitality!
