Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Herndon Reston

Very convenient location, friendly staff and clean hotel

Excellent service. It has a grocery store, many eatery places , I-Hop, La Panera, , all at walking distance. Also the location of the hotel is very good.

Nice area with a lot of restaurants within short walking distance.

Staff was not to be found anywhere and when you could find someone they were talking to other associates and ignoring the customer. No one would answer a front desk call. I was unable to get a hair dryer that was supposed to be an amenity available in every room.

Older property, beautifully remodeled, spotless, staff very friendly and helpful, great location. I really enjoyed my stay there!

This was a very clean hotel with professional, courteous service. We enjoyed the king size bed option and it was very comfortable. I liked that the sink/counter was separate from the shower/toilet. The room was nice and large and the fridge and microwave came in handy. Seems like a newer hotel with newer appliances and a large tv. I forgot my toothbrush and they provided a little complimentary kit. We stayed on a Saturday night and there were several sirens that went by throughout the night making us wonder what kind of area we were in, but otherwise this was a great hotel.

Upon arrival, check-in was quick & painless. The front desk staff were really nice people, which is always a plus. Was give a room near the elevator, which was quickly rectified. The king room was nice, decent amount of space, and had fairly modern furniture. I did not like the fact that upon entry, you must walk through the vanity/bathroom area to get into the room.

It's easy to find the location was great, my room was clean and spacious
