Hotel Moderne Saint Germain

Love the pretty and bright rooms! Staff was always ready to help and answer questions. The location was awesome too

The room that I had was nothing like the interior designs shown on the their website.

Very nice property. I only stayed for one night but it was a great one night stay. Would stay there again.

Location and the staffs are the high points of this hotel. Near Maubert Market with farmers market on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Transportation is an easy walk of 5 minutes to Metro line 10 which connects to Train line C. The staffs are friendly and capable. My room has a fairly new paint and bath. One thing though, the art is quite modern, not my style, but it is personal preference. We have a nice experience there.

It was in a good location, but the customer service from the person at the front desk was awful. He was sarcastic and rude, which is unacceptable.

The only problem that I had was with the "taxi" that I asked the receptionist to order for me...to take me to CDG airport. The driver didn't have a credit card machine, he did not speak English, and he expected cash. I was not told that I needed cash. My companion had to go inside the airport and find an ATM to pay the driver. The taxi was not city owned but a private firm.

Staff were very helpful, location was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the strange smell in our room when entering. We had to open the window to let some fresh air in, otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.

Typical small "Paris" hotel rooms, however they have everything you need. Stayed on 5th floor, comfortable beds (twins) , good aircon and very quite in a fantastic location. Very good value for money given the location.

We loved the location and the service at the hotel. Marie at the front desk was awesome.
