Ramada by Wyndham Trenton

People who work there are nice but they know their hotel needs to be upgraded. Our tub was leaking water even before it was assigned to us. So either the cleaner didn’t report it or they knew it was leaking and gave us the room anyways. It’s disappointing.

Disappointed that on Monday morning only 45 minutes after breakfast hours started there was no coffee, no cream or milk nor any spoons. Also on Sunday the hot water for tea etc was lukewarm at best.

-Bugs on the couch -Stains on the couch -Strong smell in the room

The Place and room were extremely clean and quiet. Just wallpaper peeling In my room 214 at every other seam (few feet long) Bath tub drain plug broken and drain plugged as well. For the room price should not be. If not for this would have gave it a 9.

Good location next to the highway and McDonald’s, Tim hortons and Starbucks

Given Covid-19 I assumed that cleanliness would have been a big thing for any hotel at this time? Unfortunately the room was not up to a regular standard of cleanliness nor a Covid-19 standard. We found hair all over our shower/tub and in the bed linen. The bed was horribly uncomfortable (felt as though we were sleeping on 2 box springs rather than a mattress) and the walls are so thin that you can hear alarms going off in the surrounding rooms. Definitely will not be back.

Not sure about other rooms but we had a pet friendly room and it felt like it was in a basement, there was a coating of dust on most surfaces. Will not stay there again, staff was pleasant though.

It was OK. I mean we are in covid times, everything is a little weird. It was nice that they still had breakfast offered, everything was pre-packed and safe. The 3rd floor had some sort of conference room but is otherwise empty and we thought the stairwell was beside the elevator, but instead we found (staff I think?) asleep behind an open door, so that was awkward.

The bed in our room was worn out and when laying on each side you would roll into the middle. Additionally, the staff - specifically a cleaning crew member was not wearing a mask in the main lobby. It wasn't a welcome thing to see in the morning when checking out. The room was fairly clean overall, but there was a small wrapper on the floor from the previous guests in the bathroom. Additionally, there was a moldy orange on top of the bowl of fruit that someone on the staff should have removed. Price wasn't that inexpensive that it warranted these issues. Front desk staff was friendly.
