Clarion Hotel Convention Center Jackson Northwest

Didn’t receive my full deposit back... there is a $50 deposit for the room and I didn’t have exact change so I gave them $60 but they didn’t give me my change back so I just thought they would give it to me with the deposit when I checked out, well I was right they gave me back my change but not my deposit and I didn’t check the envelope that had my money until I left and it only had 10 dollars in it. Please check your deposit envelopes in front of the front desk... and on top of that the room was dirty and smelly... this is how we found the coffee pot, we ended up not making coffee and the towels had toothpaste on it. The fold out bed had stains that looked like someone had peed on it, I would not recommend this hotel.

First off they made me pay a NON-NEGOTIABLE cash deposit when i showed up to check in. Stating they would do a check of the room before i left or i didn't get the money back. What was the point of forcing me to use a credit card to get the room? Makes no sense also this was not stated anywhere on their website. If @Hotels.com would have given me a refund i wouldn't have stayed here. Receptionist desk was just bare wood. Elevators were extremely dirty. Hallways had stains in the carpets. Pool was not in operation, if you read several other reviews you will see this is common so i am not sure if it is ever open. Room had stains in the carpet, stains on the bedsheets of one of the 2 queen beds. Bathtub was missing the finish on half the Tub. Mini fridge had so many rust spots on the front and top and smelled a little..... Not fresh. It also appeared to have some soda spilled on the front. Microwave was sort of clean.

The hotel looked like they started a remodel, took everything out to replace with new furniture and never replaced it. Thw room waa vwry large but barren. Same.qith the lobby area. Also they didnt clean very well. Trash on floor in halls.

Ran down and everything was cheap to be a clarion. Staff was very friendly. Stains on sheets

Lights weren’t working missing light bulbs asked at front desk never received any help stayed here in March 2020 very happy this time not so much

It didn’t live up to my expectations of a Clarion hotel. But it did smell nice and was fairly clean. We wouldn’t stay there again but I have stayed in much worse.

Clean and felt very safe, even in the middle of the pandemic.

Clarion was delightful. Nice and clean. Great coffee, no breakfast. Easy to find off the interstate.

It was clean and staff were nice. Shower was a little sketchy but clean

The receptionist at check-in was awesome, very friendly. The hotel itself and our room was very clean. We had a suite at a very good price though outdated. Are adult sons were traveling with us and in one room TV did not work; when my second son went to go into his room there was already somebody in it which was unsettling though another room was located within 10 minutes.
