Best Western Premier Trocadero La Tour

The lack of professionalism. We felt uncomfortable when a waitress welcomed us our first day that we had breakfast at their breakfast cafeteria telling us: Are you Filipines? I personally don't think it's her bussiness to know our racial background as tourists. Also prior to leave I asked to front desk personnel to up date me with the statement of how much I own them so far, and I noticed they charged me for two beers that I never took plus taxes in separate order. I'm glad the office correct that, but when I was leaving I ask my statement to see how much total I owe to the hotel, the male clerk was very rude, and answered me: We are not stealing your money. I didn't had an opportunity to look for a second hotel, for when we get to the hotel it wasn't a family room as we already paid, it was a small room that we couldn't even walk or put our luggage on the floor. My daughters place their luggage on their beds due to lock of space to walk. Room very dusty.Did not fix bathroom equipment that I mentioned to manager of the Hotel.

The staff are nice and helpful. The location is perfect for us. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower.

We booked this hotel last minute for a detour back from our main holiday, we arrived at about 8pm with two tired children, the service we received checking in was fantastic. We were made to feel welcome, the children were even allowed to help check in ! The room was spacious for 4 of us (children 8&4) and clean suited our needs perfectly. The location was also great, 10 mins walk to trocedero (with people with little legs)! It was a short but sweet stay at this hotel, we will not hesitate to go back again.

Very very small room. Smelly entrance and hall way. Lift not working. Not even 3 star hotel.

We liked the old school charm of the hotel along with the cleanliness and roominess of the room.

The service at the reception was very welcoming especially a male that was there at night and the morning that we left. He was kind and humble not enough words to express what a great person he is

Property clean. Staff very helpful & close to things to do around Paris.
