Haywood Park Hotel

The overall was good. We had a suite and very happy with the space available. The only regret is the fact that I needed to pay extra money for my daughter (11 years old) as I had booked the room for two person. The location was very convivial and no car is needed if you would like to enjoy various artistic expo. I will recommend and probably be back in near future.

The staff are great and the rooms are huge though the place resembles something from the 80's that your affluent grandparents might have decorated. It needs some color other than beige and a refresh of the furniture and features. Included valet parking is a great perk. I like the history of the department store that used to occupy the building.

I will stay there again. Rooms are large and clean

This is a beautiful historic property. The cleanliness was excellent which in this Covid time was my first priority. The staff was above and beyond.

Lovely downtown location makes for an easy walk to dining and shopping. Also pet friendly too.

Hotel was in a perfect location to get to anywhere downtown you could imagine. Very nice amenities and the staff was awesome.

The quality and comfort of the bed was abysmal. If nothing else, paying a premium price for a room should have a high quality bed. Whether soft or hard, there should not be feature that press into your back and sides

I sent a request for suggestions on things I could do beyond the welcoming champagne stated on the website. Not only was champagne not offered, there was never any response to my request to make our stay special. It was quite disappointing for the website to suggest there would be some special treatment and it was quite the opposite. I understand it’s pandemic times, but when the website suggests upscale treatment that should be honored.

Wonderful stay for our mother daughter weekend. Room was very large, staff was very helpful and location was amazing!!
